WORKSHOPS

Children, Adolescents, and Teens Now Enrolling!

Come join your peers in these nurturing and empowering groups that are dedicated to supporting elementary, middle and high schoolers facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and executive functioning challenges. These groups provide a safe space for sharing experiences, fostering understanding, and developing coping strategies. Through guided discussions, skill-building activities, and peer support, members can explore their feelings, build resilience, and enhance their self-esteem, all while forming meaningful connections with others on similar journeys.

We are also offering the parent-companion workshop for the sessions as well, which will be held virtually so many parents can attend! The Parent Workshops will be held Fridays at 12:45, 1:15 and 1:45! In these parent-companion workshops, you will learn the skills your kiddo has learned in their workshops so you can reinforce what they learn here at home!

All workshops teach emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal skill building, CBT, DBT, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy skills for empowering your child how to self-regulate and build their self-esteem!
