THRIVE After 3 (TA3) is a structured, after-school ADHD skills intervention developed through the SPIREMethod, designed to enhance students’ executive functioning, emotional regulation, and attentional control. The program integrates evidence-based ADHD interventions within engaging, small-group sessions facilitated by licensed clinicians and certified ADHD coaches.
Participants meet twice weekly to strengthen core domains of executive functioning—including attention management, organization, impulse control, planning, and frustration tolerance—through experiential learning and skills practice. TA3’s dual-component model extends beyond the child intervention by providing parents with weekly psychoeducational video modules and bi-weekly live consultation sessions to promote alignment in language, strategies, and expectations across settings.
By combining connection, repetition, and contextualized application, THRIVE After 3 bridges the gap between clinical intervention and daily functioning, enabling students to generalize learned skills and sustain meaningful behavioral change across environments.
This dual-approach model works because it builds connection, repetition, and real-life application—the three pillars proven to help kids with ADHD not just learn skills, but truly live them.
Calm the chaos. Build the skills. Connect as a family. Help your child Thrive After 3, and beyond!
