What You’ll Receive Each Week
Parent Skill Summary
A short weekly handout that breaks down what your child worked on—like impulse control, planning strategies, or focus tools—and how it was taught, so you can reinforce it at home.
Home Coaching Tips
Simple scripts, phrases, and suggestions to help you guide your child through real-life situations using the same language and strategies we use at Thrive.
Weekly Planning Sheet
An academic organizer to help your child map out school tasks, track assignments, and practice follow-through—with your support.
Optional Parent Check-In (Monthly)
Want a deeper conversation? You’ll have the option for a 15-minute check-in with one of our therapists or ADHD coaches each month to ask questions, celebrate wins, or troubleshoot.
Schedule
Kindergarten–2nd Grade: 1x/week, 1.5-hour sessions:
1x per week, 1.5-hour sessions focused on early impulse control, emotional regulation, foundational executive functioning, and beginning academic organization—through play-based learning and skill coaching.
3RD-5TH; 6TH-8TH; & 9TH-12TH: 2x/week, 1-hour sessions!
2x per week, 1-hour sessions focused on advanced impulse control, time management, focus building, organization, academic planning, and emotional regulation—using the Spire Method Curriculum with therapist-led and ADHD coach-supported skill development.
Each group is tailored to the developmental needs of the students to maximize growth, connection, and meaningful skill-building
