At SpireTHERAPY Children’s Institute, we provide developmentally tailored therapy for children ages 5–12 in a welcoming environment designed to support growth through play, creativity, and connection.
Our therapists are personally trained in the SpireTHERAPY approach and use evidence-based techniques, including Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and Bibliotherapy, to help children navigate anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, behavioral challenges, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Our integrative approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, attachment-based approaches, Positive Psychology, and other therapeutic modalities. These methods are thoughtfully adapted to each child's developmental stage, individual needs, and emotional growth.
We believe children make the greatest progress when they feel understood, accepted, and supported. That's why we meet each child where they are, using their unique strengths and interests to help them build confidence, emotional awareness, resilience, and healthy relationships.
Every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and accepted. We proudly welcome and support LGBTQ+ individuals and families. Our focus is always on the child as the unique individual they are.

At SpireTHERAPY Children’s Institute, we provide personalized therapy to help adolescents navigate the emotional, social, and developmental challenges of the teenage years. Our therapists are personally trained in the SpireTHERAPY approach and support teens experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, mood disorders, trauma-related challenges, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Our integrative approach combines evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Attachment Theory, Schema Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, mindfulness, and the Hakomi Method. We also incorporate creative approaches, including Art Therapy and developmentally appropriate Play Therapy techniques, when beneficial.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, we adapt our approach to each teen's personality, strengths, challenges, and stage of development. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive space where teens can better understand themselves, develop emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and build the confidence to navigate life's challenges.
Your teen deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted. We proudly welcome and support LGBTQ+ individuals, creating an inclusive environment where every teen can show up as their authentic self.

Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, healthier patterns, emotional resilience, and meaningful personal growth.
You deserve a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. We proudly welcome and support LGBTQ+ individuals. Our focus is on you, your experiences, and the unique person you are.

As a companion to the individual sessions your child attends here at Spire Therapy, we also work with you, the parents, to help you navigate difficult parenting moments and to provide you with the tools you need to support your child at home and so you can reinforce outside of the therapy room what your child islearnign in here with us!
My goal is to get you to where you and your child want to be, so all of you, as a cohesive family unit, may embark on a journey together towards a future that you all want to be a part of, together as a family that supports, loves, and accepts one another.
My approach is an integrative one. I use Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, Imago Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness, and the Hakomi Method, which is mindfulness-centered somatic psychotherapy. I also use Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Theory, Schema Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support your family as you all embark on this journey together, towards your best selves, as one single and strong familial unit.
The most important part to my approach is that I meet you and your family unit where it is at the moment we all meet. I adapt my approach based on your unique family’s dynamic and the stage you are each in within your family system, in at the moment we meet.
Since all of our Spire Therapy therapists work together as a team, should you want routine/weekly individual counseling in addition to meeting with us as your family therapist, we can arrange for that for your family members with a therapist that shares the Spire Therapy ideology, so you are all getting the best and most fulfilling experience that ensures you are all on the strongest and most positive road to a better life, both individually and together as a happy, healthy, and strong family unit. The truth is, the healthier you are, the healthier all of your relationships, especially those within your family unit.
All life styles, and all kinds of families are welcome and should feel 100% safe in my office at all times. I routinely work with families from a monogamous relationship with same sex or opposite sex partners, and with families from a polyamorous relationship with same sex and/or opposite sex partners. My focus is each of you, as unique and beautiful people, and your family as a unique and beautiful family unit, period
